Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Mumu pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process and select your items.

• 2.
  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, and affix the label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
